At Casa Regina 21 you book the entire house: the garden is reserved for your booking, not shared with other groups. The house is in Cares, in the municipality of Comano Terme.
Outside, there is a lawn with deckchairs, a gazebo with a dining table and seating, and a barbecue. Have breakfast outside, read after a walk or spend an afternoon at the house with space to enjoy the outdoors.

The gazebo has a table and seating for outdoor meals, and the house’s equipped kitchen is available for food preparation. You can alternate a barbecue at home with evenings at local restaurants.
Before planning a barbecue, ask us about using it and which supplies to bring. If the weather changes, you can prepare and eat meals in the indoor kitchen and dining room.

Beyond the garden: bedrooms, facilities and the stay price
The garden belongs to an independent house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. An extra bed for the seventh guest can be placed in the bedroom chosen by the guests.
The house has an equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and free parking. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the total price of your stay.
The minimum stay is normally 2 nights and may vary by season. Check availability, the total price and conditions for your dates before booking.

Casa Regina 21 is in Cares, in the municipality of Comano Terme. From this quiet base you can combine time at home with the thermal park, nearby villages, Lake Tenno, Lake Garda and days towards the Brenta Dolomites.

Yes, along with bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is included in the total price of your stay; guests should still leave the barbecue and table tidy after use.
