Family holiday house in Comano Terme

Casa Regina 21 is an independent holiday house in Comano Terme with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a welcoming living area, and an equipped kitchen. The layout gives families room to share the day while still having separate spaces for sleep and quiet time.

Your booking reserves the whole house, not individual rooms. Denise and Larissa each have one double bed; Evelyn has two single beds. That provides six standard bed spaces across three separate bedrooms.

For seven guests, an extra bed is added in the bedroom you choose. It is not a fourth bedroom: let us know your preferred arrangement before arrival. If children need separate beds, take the twin room into account when assigning rooms to your group.

A kitchen and washing machine make longer stays easier: breakfast can follow your own timetable, outdoor clothes can be refreshed, and an evening at home does not require adapting to hotel schedules.

The enclosed garden, reserved for guests, makes it easier to add simple pauses to the day: breakfast outside, quiet time after an outing, or dinner without another journey.

Before arrival: four details to agree with the host

1. Confirm the number of guests and, for a group of seven, which bedroom should have the extra bed.
2. If you need a cot, request it in advance and confirm availability and the additional charge.
3. Plan your arrival within check-in hours, 3 pm to midnight (15:00–00:00). Check-out is from 7 am to 9 am (07:00–09:00).
4. Explain any pushchair or mobility needs so you can check the entrance steps before deciding whether to book.

Family days do not need to be complicated. Around Comano Terme you can alternate short outdoor activities with time in the Terme di Comano park, a picnic, or an unhurried afternoon at the house.

• for children used to walking, compare the full route first: the Sentiero della Patata starts in Vigo Lomaso and covers 7.6 km, so its easy grade does not make it a short stroll;
• check the individual route sheet for the “Piccoli Camminatori” trails rather than assuming every family walk suits a pushchair;
• make Lake Tenno the main outing and leave Canale di Tenno optional, allowing for the approach to the shore and the return climb;
• keep a flexible day for the thermal park and the green spaces around Ponte Arche.

To alternate walks with water play, consider Prabi Aqua Park in Arco during its opening season. The baby pool and spray park are the areas designed for younger children; check attraction rules with the operator for your family.

With a pushchair: check the approach, not only the destination

At Lake Tenno, the approaches from the Lago di Tenno and Matoni parking areas include a long stone staircase. Do not assume that a nearby car park means step-free access to the shore. If it rains: choose the indoor museum at Fiavé

The Museo delle Palafitte di Fiavé offers an indoor visit with archaeological objects and models of prehistoric village life. The separate Parco Archeo Natura is outdoors: do not treat the combined museum-and-park visit as an all-indoor plan.
